Silicone Grease W23 – PTFE is compounded from US FDA approved components and meets the requirements of FDA 21-CFR-178.3570 safe for use as a lubricant in areas where incidental food contact may occur. Silicone Grease W23 –
PTFE has abroad temperature range and is chemically inert, being resistant to water (hot, cold, steam & brine), lubricating oils, most hydrocarbons & solvents, natural gas, refinery gases & condensate and many acidic solutions.
Silicone Grease W23 – PTFE has been designed for the lubrication of cylinder slides, taps, valves & stopcocks in food processing and packing industries and in other areas where a clean white lubricant is required.
The product is recommended as safe for use in valves and O-rings in potable water systems.
The product exhibits good seal and materials compatibility.
